1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern your use of okalance.com (the "Site"), published by Jineo Technologies, a US company at 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA. The Site is hosted by Cloudflare Pages (see the legal notice). By browsing the Site, you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use the Site.

The Site is free, requires no account, sells nothing and has no comments.

2. What the content is

Okalance publishes guides and comparisons of tools for selling online (funnels, email marketing, website builders, e-commerce, automation, SEO, hosting).

Content is for information only. It is not professional, legal, tax or financial advice. For important decisions, consult a qualified professional.
Each guide states what we tested ourselves, when and on which plan, and what is untested.
Tool prices, plans, features and terms change often. Information is accurate as of the date shown in the article, but always check the vendor's site before committing.

3. Affiliate links and editorial independence

Some links on the Site are affiliate links: if you buy or sign up through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Every such page says so before the first link. Details are on our Disclosure page.

Commissions do not determine our opinions, ratings or the order of our recommendations. No vendor reviews or approves our articles before publication. We publish no fake reviews or invented testimonials.

4. Liability

We do our best to keep information accurate and current but cannot guarantee it. The Site may be unavailable at times, for example for maintenance.

Third-party tools and sites are provided by their vendors under their own terms. We are not responsible for how they work, their prices, billing or support, or how you use them. Any contract you sign with a vendor is directly between you and that vendor.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Site. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have by law that cannot be waived.

5. Intellectual property

Texts, our own screenshots, visuals, the logo and the Okalance brand are protected. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is prohibited.

You may quote short excerpts of an article if you credit Okalance and link to the original article. Tool names and logos belong to their respective owners.

6. External links

The Site links to third-party sites. We do not control their content and are not responsible for it. You may link to the Site without prior permission, except from unlawful or misleading sites, or in a way that suggests a partnership.

Once it is active, the newsletter will be sent only to people who subscribed. Every email will include an unsubscribe link you can use at any time. How we handle your email address is described in our privacy policy.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example as the Site or the law changes. The effective date at the top will be updated. The version online at the time of your visit applies.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (USA). Disputes fall under the competent courts of that State.

If you are a consumer living in the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and the right to bring proceedings in its courts. Before any action, please write to us so we can try to resolve the matter amicably.
